
Dr. Albert H. Kim
Meet Dr. Albert H. Kim, Director of Brain Tumor Program, Surgical Director, Pituitary Center, and Professor of Neurosurgery, Genetics, Neurology, and Developmental Biology at Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Kim was recently named inaugural Danforth WashU Physician-Scientist Scholar. Dr. Kim’s research focuses on the molecular mechanisms that drive tumor cell behavior in glioblastoma, a malignant brain cancer that is almost invariably fatal, as well as in aggressive forms of benign brain tumors, including meningiomas and pituitary tumors.
